This apron is an approximate reproduction of the aprons worn by midwives an seen in paintings and illuminations in medieval Germany. This 100% linen, completely hand sewn apron is about 38 cm from top to bottom, with 18 inch straps. This apron fits a wide variety of sizes, from about a US size 6 to a US size 16. This can be made larger or smaller on request. Each apron is made to order and hand sewn, so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
